My name is Mafalda. I am a Solo mom of two, homeschooling, Birth Doula, Thai massage therapist, Yoga instructor.

I am shifting from one-on-one classes to online courses you can do with your Partner from Home, at your own pace.

I teach in English and Portuguese, supporting families worldwide, with a focus on Ontario.

In 2019, I escaped abuse and lived shortly in shelter with my two babies. This journey shaped my work in birth, motherhood, and healing.
