Women of the Movement: Summer Reset Recap! Over 40 ladies gathered weekly to be challenged, and awakened to the new assignment God had for us. We discussed, the power of fasting, daily exercise, healthy eating, getting a good night's rest, the importance of mental health, and created a life plan from both a spiritual and natural perspective.
