Trance Practice

Trance is the foundational skill behind practical magic — healing, manifestation, intuition, psychic development. Without it, those practices stay surface-level. This is a program for building real, measurable trance skill.

I led guided meditation groups for seven years. People would relax, say "that felt nice," and never develop actual ability. So I became a certified hypnotherapist and learned what's really happening in trance — and how to teach it.

We meet live every Monday at 9 PM ET on a four-week rotation:

Week 1 — Trance Mechanics: entering, deepening, and holding state

Week 2 — Deep Nervous System Reset: fully guided session to practice applying techniques and experiencing depth

Week 3 — Applied Trance: pain, stress, manifestation, focus

Week 4 — Intuitive & Psychic Development: structured exercises for deeper intuition

You take a self-assessment when you start and track your progress over time.
