Hey, I am Kim. My path into healing work was not linear, it was lived. I grew up navigating childhood trauma that shaped my nervous system, my relationships & how I moved through the world. Survival transformed into something deeper: understanding, resilience, and respect for the human capacity to heal.

Becoming a mother, registered nurse and psychotherapist softened and strengthened me, deepening my commitment to breaking cycles, not through perfection, but through presence, awareness & compassion. Then, I discovered face yoga, a gentle embodied modality that bridges the nervous system, expression & self-connection.

Healing is not about fixing what we see as broken but reconnecting to what has always been wise within us.

The Healing Circle is rooted in lived experience, clinical knowledge, and the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I hold space not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who understands the terrain and walks beside you with steadiness and care.
