ASFLT is A System For Living Tough. We want to be tough as subjects, and gentle as objects.

This makes us “set for life,” because we grow to be able to

1: take whatever life throws at us, without

2: becoming so callous that we are rough to the touch.

Being valuable, attractive and available to others is the obvious answer to the question of how to design and live a rewarding lifestyle. This stands in contrast to indulging in our triggered and flooded emotions - in contrast to letting our self-pity, righteous indignation, and inaction through overthinking lead to a life worthy of regret.

Make no mistake! Some lives ARE worthy of regret. The evidence is that some actions are regrettable, and life is made of actions.

Our saving grace is that any action and any life can be redeemed at any time. This community is dedicated to the exploration of formalization of this insight. We will introduce, debate, and thereby enhance the case we are making in the interest of intentional evolution! ASFLT!
