I spent years working in computers and when I discovered that humans run on exactly the same system it changed everything for me. Old code, outdated programs, running in the background without your permission. So I switched from analysing machines to analysing humans.

At some point we all stopped trusting ourselves. Through years of adapting to expectations, swallowing reactions and overriding what we actually felt.

Now it shows up as overthinking, self doubt, people pleasing and feeling stuck. That is not our personality. That is programming.

I also found that when our body starts to trust us again it stops running the old protective programs and steps back to let the real YOU lead.

That is what The Sovereign Living Project is about.
