As a Licensed Therapist and Coach, I created this collective specifically for the woman who has mastered "doing" but has forgotten how to "be." This isn't another to-do list; it’s a sanctuary for your nervous system and an incubator for your boldest life.
We will have weekly group calls so that we can actually get to know each other and support each other.
Need someone to help you stay focused? We will have weekly Co-working sessions.
In this group we value intentional living and growing. This is not a mean moms club.
