The Lifeline Lounge is your safe, supportive space for real conversations, connection, and hope. This community is designed to be a lifeline — a place to steady yourself when life gets heavy and to find people who understand.

Inside, you’ll find a mix of free resources, gentle tools, and deeper paid support to help you look after your mental and emotional wellbeing.

We also run weekly check-ins on TikTok Live every Friday from 10–11 a.m., offering a cosy space to talk, listen, and feel less alone.

Silent Disco classes

The Healing Harbour - Our bereavement support group, held every Thursday in Barnsley, 10–11 a.m., offering comfort, compassion, and connection for anyone navigating loss.
