I’m Martin, I'm a father, and a personal trainer with 20+ years’ experience, based near Hove Station.

I’ve been running Parent & Child and Family sessions in-person for years, and now I'm expanding online so more families can enjoy moving together, building confidence, and creating healthy habits — without pressure or expensive gym memberships.

This community is for parents who want their children to enjoy activity, develop confidence, and spend quality time together.

Expect simple workouts, family-friendly challenges, and practical tips that fit into busy family life. Share wins, ask questions, and connect with other local parents who want the same: active, confident, and happy kids.
