Here at Sparks Athletics my goal is simple, help you become the best version of yourself you can be. We are starting off with offering a runner program to help anyone who wants to become a better runner. From experienced to first time runners, this program is designed for everyone. As my community here grows, so will what i have to offer. I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, who specializes in building strength, mobility and sport specific goals. I believe fitness is a life long process and don't believe in any quick fixes. I am a nutrition coach as well and my focus here is to enjoy life so no super restricted diets here.
