Based on my experience in law enforcement intel, anti-trafficking, & mental health—plus how I was raised by a brilliant therapist and retired USMC Colonel.

This mentorship includes:

-Monthly workshops via Zoom facilitated by me or a Guest Expert

-Voice notes & resources throughout the week

-A safe space that feels more like a group chat, and less like a formal class
