RISE UP DAD

I created this community for divorced dads to feel free to talk and share ideas on what was going on in their lives. I also wanted to be able share ideas of how to bond with your kids, along with exercise and cooking tips.

I know it sounds like a jumbled mess but if we dads do not take of ourselves physically and mentally how can we be the best for our dads? So lets come together help each other out and be the best for not only ourselves but for our kids.

This is not a community to disparage our ex or rant over what could of been this is about supporting each other and those talking negatively will be barred as will be those self promoting or encouraging others to go to other sites.
