We will actively discuss techniques and ways to elevate your frequency, enabling you to manifest your reality with much more ease. We live in abundance. Some of us have an abundance of good things, and some of us have an abundance of not so good things. The trick is to raise your frequency so the things attracted to you will match that higher frequency, bringing you more good things and less not so good things.
