This community is dedicated to those individuals who are looking for support in taking care of their loved one living with a mental health condition. As caregiver you will find in this community resources and guidance on mental health care. You will be able to start and engage in conversations about what life as a caregiver entails and dive in to both the negative and positive aspects of that journey. When you choose to get the support you give, then life as caregiver seems less stressful and more manageable.
