Better Body at Home in 30 Minutes is designed for people who are aware of the benefits of fitness and want to implement it into their life, but don’t want to go to the gym or dedicate hours a week to it.
The structure is accessible for anyone with some dumbbells, a bit of space at home, and about 30 minutes a couple times a week. Lifting weights and moving your body is extremely important for wellness, longevity, and quality of life. This course makes it realistic for busy schedules, gym anxiety, or anyone who prefers training at home.
Inside, you’ll get structured workouts to help you lift properly, stay active, and build sustainable habits. The goal is to build a community where we keep each other engaged, track our progress, and benefit from working out together.
For a small monthly fee, you can join and get access to the program, community chats, live calls, and a supportive place where we help one another become stronger, more consistent versions of ourselves!!
