This is an online training community for anyone who wants to learn boxing and kickboxing fundamentals in a simple, supportive way — especially if you can’t get to a gym or feel intimidated by one.

The training is led by Carl Mallinson, who has over 30 years of experience in boxing and kickboxing and is a 4× Kickboxing World Champion. This school is built to pass on real knowledge, proper technique, and strong foundations — not shortcuts or gimmicks.
