Welcome!
My name is Erika, and I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 12 years experience working onsite and virtually in studio, corporate, and retreat settings.
In addition to my wellness consulting, I am a licensed Realtor and also serve as Board President of Legacy Media Preservation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit museum in my hometown of Akron, Ohio, where I live with my partner, Jonathon, and our three-legged black cat, Jasper. I am Aries rising/sun + Gemini moon and an avid house music enthusiast.
I created Living True Wellness as an inclusive online community that offers monthly live-streamed + recorded yoga classes, guided meditations and wellness webinars, group and individual coaching sessions, delicious healthy recipes, bangin' playlists, and other engaging virtual events that I hope help serve your healing and transformation along this wild path of life.
