I’m Mike — a Portland dad of two, a certified parent coach, and a former brand strategist.

After navigating ADHD, sensory challenges, therapies, and childhood cancer with my own child, I realized something important: Dads need support too. So I created this space for dads who want to grow, connect, and show up more calmly and confidently for their kids.
