I AM 43, a mama, Wife, Teacher, and Survivor. One who has risen again & again from things that could've ended me.

Surviving D.V. 3 xs, each taught me more about worth, strength, discernment, boundaries.

Inspiring further education, preparing for the unexpected. Not from fear, but stability. Conscious, calm & objective. Instead of reactive.

After the 2018 Paradise Camp Fire. Losing our home, business, animals, & everything. Life was stripped down to its essence, our family tore apart, & us left rebuilding from ashes.

In 2019, I lost my father unexpectedly. A week later, an accident left me w/ 6 skull fractures, lung issues from airbag propellant, & lasting effects I feel in my body daily.

Yet I AM still here, I Trust for a greater Purpose.

Every trauma I survived, a part of the alchemy that forged who I am.

I vow to help others find the light within themselves. Through holistic healing, self-awareness, & Remembrance that we can always rise again Sovereign & more Resilient.
