The Anchor Room

The Anchor Room is a practical, grounded space for parents raising children with ADHD, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent profiles.

This is not a tips-and-hacks group. It’s not about fixing your child.

It’s about understanding how the ADHD nervous system works — and learning how to change the environment around it so behaviour, regulation, and connection improve naturally over time.

Inside, we focus on:

• reducing daily conflict and emotional escalation

• understanding why behaviour happens (not just how to stop it)

• adjusting expectations, language, and demands

• creating calmer mornings, evenings, transitions, school interactions, and holidays

• supporting parents who are also neurodivergent themselves

This space is for parents who are exhausted, thoughtful, and done blaming themselves — and who want a calmer home built on understanding, not control.
