Five Component Fitness (FCF) is a first-of-its-kind, science-backed system designed for high-performing women who want real results without chaos or extremes. Unlike traditional programs, FCF meets you exactly where you are then guides you forward. The program focuses on five core components that build strength and endurance while improving flexibility and body composition.

I created this program when I was completely overwhelmed at all the fitness advice available. It was time to get back to what was proven and what makes sense while maximizing my health outcomes and personal goals.

FCF is designed for women who juggle careers, family, and life responsibilities, giving them a new path to fitness that works with their reality, not against it. This isn’t a plan you follow blindly, it’s a system that adapts with you.

I am beyond excited to introduce FCF on a platform that is community based because when others join us on our journey, we are more likely to succeed.
