Some players will progress quickly. Others may take longer, and some may decide a different path is right. What matters is that we share real experiences, insights, and lessons learned, so the entire community benefits from a global perspective.

This group includes coaches, scouts, and club representatives at higher levels of the game. Out of respect for everyone involved, this is a pitch-free environment. No selling. No recruiting theatrics. Just informed conversation and professional conduct.
