Spirit Alchemy of Art & Nature

In this group we will discuss natural creative ways of healing & uplifting yourself. We will learn how to tend to our hearts fire in a nurturing organic way. We learn evidence-based practices, history and techniques to heal from the inside out and rejuvenate our life force. There will be two classes offered a week that you will have access to involving healing with Nature & Art.
