George Poulos is a 200-hr certified meditation teacher with 6+ years of meditation, spiritual inquiry and entrepreneurial experience based in Brooklyn NY.

In addition to guiding others towards inner peace, freedom and awakening through meditation techniques and wisdom passed down from Tibetan Buddhism, he also mentors creatives, teachers, coaches and entrepreneurs on their journeys of creative freedom and soul-led service.

George has a deep passion for creating spaces that allow people to discover, embrace and grow into their true nature and calling, and for helping people put the pieces together so they can actualize their purpose. Nothing makes his heart happier than seeing people step into their highest potential—and seeing how that ripples on to inspire others.
