Cascade Movers

Cascade Movement Center is a Wellness Center offering yoga & strength classes, private & public wellness events, walking tours and personal training. We are a small & dedicated team of compassionate coaches who work hard to serve our community and care for our planet.

The main page Cascade-Movers message board "Community" will host our 2026 OUTDOOR 52 CHALLENGE.

RULES:

1. JOIN our Cascade-Movers Skool (Free!), upload a photo, & share a why you want to join the challenge in your bio.

2. Post experience #, location, date & 1 photo with a few words about your time - within 1 week.

*NOTE: Backlog any experiences from 1/1/26 through 2/28/26.*

*If you work, or have daily tasks outside (like dog walking), your working hours or tasking do not count UNLESS you take a break to mindfully enjoy your surroundings.

3. Engage with others in the community when you can & Invite your friends to join!
