Between The Whistles

When I was growing up, nobody talked about meditation, mindset, breathwork, or mobility. We had coaches standing on our little backs during straddles — only doing what they knew at the time.

Now we know so much more about the body.

This space exists because of everything I’ve learned — tools I wanted to give my daughter Jasmine so she could make the most of her time as a hockey player, to become her absolute best. Then I thought: why not share this with you?

Between the Whistles is where young female athletes come to go inward, to breathe & move with intention.

To ask: how can I adjust my mindset? What do I want to broadcast from my internal world?

Sport has big highs and lows. Big emotions. And when you’re surrounded by athletes who are living it too — it makes all the difference.

This is the space for mindful movement, self-awareness, real connection & the inner work that makes you not just a great athlete — but a great human.

You deserve resources we never had. This is that space. 🤍
