In July 2025 I hit a wall. I was 570lbs and I was done with the cycle of starting and stopping, so I just started logging. My weight, my meals, my walks. Nothing fancy. I just stopped lying to myself about what I was doing each day.
I’ve lost 110 pounds doing that.
I created Better Health Ledger because accountability is what actually moved the needle for me. This is a private community where we show up daily, track our progress, and keep each other honest. No one here is perfect. We’re just consistent.
