My healing journey began in 1997 when I became a licensed massage therapist. Over the years, I studied natural health, energy healing, self-regulation, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In 2000, I created the foundation of what would become the Heartline Health Connection.
In 2014, I became a mother. When my son faced significant health challenges, I combined everything I had learned with years of additional research into nutrition, homeopathy, detoxification, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness. Watching his health improve strengthened my belief that education and empowerment can change lives.
Today, this community exists to help parents and individuals gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to become active participants in their own healing journeys.
Together, we can restore the health of this generation.
