In this kaleidoscopic space of healing and discovery, Joe champions the beauty of self-exploration, helping others find their flow and unlock the boundless potential within.
Here you will find classes short and long of yin style yoga, Breathwork, Hatha based yoga, and a few Vinyasa flows. Can’t wait to breathe and heal with you!
