Wing Chun is taught here as a functional system built on structure, reflex, sensitivity, muscle memory and timing.
Training begins with a detailed breakdown of Siu Nim Tao, where core concepts, energy, and hand techniques are developed.
From there, training progresses through Chum Kiu, Biu Jee, the Wooden Dummy, Butterfly Knives, and Chi Sao.
You’ll learn how sensitivity and subconscious reflexes are trained, and how these skills translate directly into practical self-defence and fighting.
Weekly live sessions provide deeper explanation, Q&A, and live feedback.
