Hi, I’m the voice behind VENT. I created this space because I know what it feels like to hold everything in — to be the “strong one,” the listener, the fixer. Sometimes you don’t need advice. You don’t need solutions. You just need space to speak freely without being judged or analyzed.
I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t therapy. I’m simply someone who believes being heard matters. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can release what’s weighing on you and walk away feeling lighter.
