As an online fitness coach, I don’t just train bodies — I transform lives through five powerful pillars: sharpening mindset, mastering time, building muscle with science, leading with faith, executing with relentless accountability. I’m not just about reps and macros — I’m about marriage, fatherhood, legacy, and living fully aligned with divine calling.
