This is a space for people who are done being lied to- by systems, by stories and themselves. This is not a belief system, a guru space, or a place to perform identity. There's no leader to follow or ideology to adopt.

Instead we practice staying regulated, honest and coherent while living inside of a chaotic system that profits from dysregulation and confusion.
