What we need more of in life is attention to what we are doing - we are all in too much of a hurry. attention to breath - brings great and positive change within us - if we give attention to the detail, the method, the ratios or counts and we make it our DAILY ! Do that and see how fast you can feel a change within - pulse goes down, heart rate goes down, brain fog disappears, focus returns, clarity and joy become your norm once more - this is who you really are - don't ignore you - break the cycle with the breath.
