Ajarn Aaron Juice Veverka, or "Kru Juice" to his friends and associates, is a Muay Thai instructor that has dedicated over 30 years to mastering the art of Muay Thai and is aligned with the World Thaiboxing Association and Living Muay Thai. Ajarn Juice is the creator of "Muay Thaibata," the world's first HIIT-based Muay Thai program, which was developed while at Revolution Fight and Fitness, where he teaches in Cleveland, Ohio.
This innovative system combines high-intensity interval training with traditional Muay Thai techniques, providing an effective and efficient workout routine. As the CEO of Muayman, LLC, Veverka leads the development and delivery of online programs and products aimed at promoting Muay Thai and fitness.
This classroom brings this to you, as a teacher, with weekly walk throughs for your gym or school.
