SOAR stands for School of Addiction Recovery.
Our mission is simple: to help people build a new way of life through awareness, movement, spirituality, nutrition, and community.
Inside this community you will find:
• Weekly recovery prescriptions
• The SOAR curriculum and workbook
• Step work and accountability
• Movement programming and healthy lifestyle practices
• Weekly online recovery groups
• Support from SOAR coaches, alumni, and members
• A path from student to coach through service
Recovery is more than quitting drugs and alcohol. It is learning how to live.
This community is built around the principles that have guided SOAR since 2010. We believe people change through consistent action, healthy experiences, spiritual growth, movement, connection, and service.
Whether you are new to recovery or have years of sobriety, our goal is to help you continue moving forward.
