Professor Silva created the Rice & Beans Method, a simple, effective system built on strong fundamentals that anyone can learn quickly. With over 87 official IBJJF wins in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling, he proved that true mastery comes from simplicity. His students — men, women, and children — have become national, Pan-American, and world champions using this same approach.
