Hello! I'm D. Michael Moore, USN (Ret) - Founder of Rhynowerks LLC and Rhynowerks Academy. I help military veterans, teachers, nurses, first responders, and law enforcement officers turn their expertise into profitable coaching and mentoring programs, online courses, and digital training products using AI and proven marketing systems.
As a Certified Navy Master Training Specialist with 39 years of military and civilian instructional and technical leadership experience, a master's degree in curriculum development and instruction, and two years as an Instructional Systems Specialist, I have a passion for designing training that helps others draw out the best that is inside of them.
