Rest Refuge is an ongoing community for people committed to clear-headed, substance-free living who want mindfulness support on the journey.

This space centers around weekly live meditation sessions designed to regulate the nervous system, build emotional steadiness, and support healthy habit change over time. Each month focuses on a simple theme such as nervous system regulation, rewiring patterns, creating supportive structure, or cultivating self-compassion.

Rest Refuge is not about fixing anything "wrong." It’s about the inner journey and learning how to stay present with yourself long enough for real change to take root. Sharing is always optional, silence is welcome, and the emphasis is on consistency, gentleness, and sustainability.

This community is designed to complement therapy, personal practice or recovery programs, offering a steady rhythm of mindfulness and support as you build a life that feels clear, grounded, and livable. It is not therapy or a replacement for therapy.
