I spent years chasing achievement — broadcast, business, trophies — and still ended up broken inside. Overdose at 28. Suicide attempt in 2014. Divorce in 2020. Cancer in 2024. I built Performance 360 (2012–2024) while quietly falling apart. The man engineering flawless live broadcasts for millions couldn’t engineer his own wellbeing.
Through 20+ years of recovery, I developed The 10 Principles Framework — practical tools for high-achieving men who look successful but feel lost. Not theory — lived experience.
Now I teach BJJ, coach men through transformation, and navigate cancer treatment while maintaining performance.
