One Flesh | Women's Cohort #1

One Flesh is a 12-week Biblical marriage formation experience for wives—a safe, Scripture-centered path to grow in faithfulness, clarity, and unity without pressure, performance, or forced vulnerability. This is formation, not therapy. Growth is invited, not demanded. Safety comes before vulnerability.

👉 How it works: weekly women’s group + separate weekly men’s group + one joint couples session per month. Each spouse walks a parallel path with intentional points of shared alignment.

👉 What to expect: teaching-led (not peer-processing), no public sharing of personal marital details, no pressure to process conflict in front of others, no explicit content, and no “go home and fix this” assignments. Most of the work happens privately—between you and God.

You’ll explore marriage as covenant, dignity and voice for both husband and wife, emotional maturity, communication, intimacy as mutual stewardship, repair without shame, and faithfulness over perfection.
