Each month, we will explore a collective theme from the field (a term from the world of constellations) and a variety of offerings available for you to access from mediations, journaling, ancestral wisdom, nature connections, EFT, plants, equine assisted learning, reiki, somatic and embodied movement, ceremony and ritual and so much more.

As a qualified Counsellor and Holistic Therapist, I guide this community in a trauma informed manner sharing over two decades of wisdom and knowledge along the way.
