Hi, I’m Chanah — aka Chef Raw Raw. My health journey began back in 2008, when my hair was falling out, my energy was gone, and doctors had no answers. Desperate for change, I tried a raw food–based nutrition plan, and within three months I felt like myself again — full of life and hope.

Fast forward fifteen years (and ten kids later!), I’ve learned that eating well doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. I don’t eat only raw anymore, but I always come back to what makes me feel alive — real, plant-based food made with love.

Most people know how to cook proteins and carbs, but veggies? They’re the mystery. That’s why I created this course — to help you fall in love with vegetables and feel confident in your kitchen again.
