This is the same training method that allowed me to achieve contortion-level flexibility past my 40s despite trauma from a childhood accident that locked up my thoracic spine.

Because flexibility was so challenging for me, I had to innovate a completely new training that would allow me to open each and every vertebra of my stubborn spine (because yoga never took me there).

I’m grateful for my struggles because, without them, I would have never been guided to look for new ways to achieve my unachievable dreams past 40!
