Two complete sessions per week. Full coaching video and downloadable PDF with court diagrams, drills, and teaching points. Each video shows me delivering the session to a range of players, from pre-academy, through to full-time academy elite juniors preparing for the junior slams.
Each plan runs 2 to 3 hours on court, depending on your level. That is 16 to 24 hours of elite academy content every month, for less than the cost of one hour individual lesson with me.
