This is your feel-good, zero-judgment zone for perimenopausal women who want to stay active, stay connected, and feel better in their bodies—without the pressure to perform or follow someone else’s routine.
Each week, we meet live for a 30-minute virtual workout session where you bring your own workout—and we move together, cheer each other on, and sip our favorite hydrating, pre or post workout beverage. After the workout, you’re welcome to stay on for a casual chat.
Whether you’re lifting weights, walking on a treadmill, or doing yoga in your living room—this space is about showing up for you, not for anyone else’s rules.
