I started Gateway Gears Academy to help small businesses and entrepreneurs build the right skills and the best tools to market with confidence and grow sustainably.
For more than a decade I have led teams across film, media, and digital. We have hit big numbers, and more importantly, we have built systems that last. At Gateway Gears we teach owners and their teams to think strategically, work collaboratively, and create content that actually moves the needle.
Our approach starts with people. What do you already know? Where are the gaps? Which habits, tools, or workflows would unlock better work and better results? From there we build clear strategy, trackable campaigns, and feedback loops powered by real analytics.
