I’m Sylvia Moore Myers, M.A., trauma care specialist, author, and speaker. With a master’s in Trauma Counseling and soon a doctorate in Traumatology, I’ve spent my life helping people recover from grief, loss, and trauma — not to erase their pain, but to transform it.
