Fresh Air Literacy Lab

Fresh Air Literacy Lab is a hands-on, teacher-led literacy membership created by a teacher and mom with 24 years of classroom experience. After seeing day in and day out that worksheets, apps, and boring activities are not what truly move the needle for young readers—especially in the active world we live in—I built something different.

Grounded in the science of reading and story workshop, this space gives families simple, meaningful strategies they can use at home in just 15–20 minutes a day. No busywork. No endless screen time. Just real learning through movement, story, and connection.

I created this lab so that no matter where you live, you have a place at my table—to work with me, learn from me, and build strong, confident readers and writers for years to come.
