Three years ago, I walked away from 30 years in design, moved to France, and started over. I searched everywhere for a community of women my age building businesses - women who understood that learning new tech at 50 feels different, that menopause affects energy, that mid-life entrepreneurship is its own unique journey.

That community didn't exist. So I happily built it.
